Welcome to our short film gathering. Until now, the Duanju platform primarily promoted series in the Duanju format. Now, it's opening its doors wide to its cinematic "cousin": the short film. If Duanju is the short format of the traditional series, the short film is that of the film.

 

We regularly present a short film, accompanied by an interview with the director and an editorial commentary to capture the view, arouse desire and understand why this film deserves your attention.

 

This section is endorsed by international producer Jean-François Fonlupt, a leading figure in 1990s cinema. With four Palmes d'Or awards to his name and collaborations with major international directors and actors, he brings his perspective and experience to this initiative.

 

Designed as an ongoing, accessible online festival, this section supports, acquires, and distributes short films on Dailymotion, as part of a monetization partnership, in order to offer them new and lasting visibility.

 

Here, independent filmmakers no longer have to comply with imposed festival schedules: they can present their works when they are ready, at their own pace. Far from industrial imperatives, our filmmakers possess another asset: that of having the time to create, refine, and let a film mature.
